We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Full-Time Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. This commission-only role is designed for high performers who want control over their income and career growth.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing the sales process from prospecting and listing properties through to negotiation and settlement while building long-term client relationships in a competitive and rewarding market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new property listings and sales opportunities
- Conduct property appraisals, inspections, and open homes
- Build strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- Negotiate sales and manage contracts through to settlement
- Develop your own pipeline through networking and referrals
- Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the process
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in sales (real estate experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
- Professional presentation and client-first attitude
- Current driver’s licence
- Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
