About the role
As an MC Long Haul Driver, you’ll be responsible for safely transporting oversized, ugly and general freight, primarily to mine sites throughout WA, operating a modern and well-maintained fleet.
Key responsibilities include:
- Safely operate MC trucks and road trains to transport freight throughout WA
- Load, restrain and unload freight in accordance with safety requirements
- Ensure load restraints comply with Load Restraint legislation and best-practice principles
- Comply with all safety, fatigue management and company procedures
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, supervisors and other team members
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current MC Licence
- Minimum 2 years' long haul driving experience (triples & quad experience highly advantageous)
- Current Police Clearance (valid within 3 months)
- Demonstrated experience operating road trains and transporting oversized loads
- A strong commitment to workplace safety, compliance and fatigue management
- Excellent communication and a professional approach
