Are you friendly, reliable, and customer-focused? Bottle-mart Express in Frankston is currently looking for motivated and dependable Bottle Shop Attendants to join our team.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the bottle shop, ensuring the store is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a friendly, approachable manner
- Support the daily operations of the bottle shop
- Unpack, replenish, and rotate stock efficiently and safely
- Assist with merchandising and setting up sales displays
- Maintain high store presentation and cleanliness standards
- Follow all safety procedures and responsible service protocols
- Perform general cleaning and upkeep of the bottle shop area
- Undertake manual handling and heavy lifting when required
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, trustworthy, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in retail or liquor sales (preferred, but not essential)
- A current RSA Certificate (required)
- Availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Great time management and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in hospitality, customer service, and product knowledge
