For nearly 30 years, Health Roundtable has helped over 200 hospitals across Australia and New Zealand turn data into better patient outcomes. As part of Beamtree, Australia’s largest health data and AI decision support organisation, we’re now looking for a senior relationship leader to deepen that impact for our member hospitals.
Health Roundtable’s impact has always been built on deep, trusted relationships with member hospitals. As we invest in a more digital-first model, smarter dashboards, faster benchmarking, AI embedded wherever it genuinely helps, those relationships matter more, not less. Data tells executives what’s happening; it takes a trusted advisor to help them decide what to do about it.
As Executive Relationship Director, you’ll own that relationship for a portfolio of member hospitals and health services across Queensland and Northern Territory. You’ll work closely with our General Manager, Health Roundtable, and side by side with Beamtree’s clinical, analytical and product teams.
You’ll be the person healthcare leaders call first, turning benchmarking, analytics and shared learning into real improvements in clinical outcomes, operational performance and resource use. If you want to work at executive level across the ANZ health system and make membership genuinely indispensable to the hospitals you look after, this is your opportunity.
- Executive relationships across your portfolio – becoming the trusted point of contact for hospital and health system executives, and the primary conduit between members and Beamtree’s clinical, analytical and leadership teams
- Strategic account plans for every member – a living view of priorities, opportunities, risks and value realisation that guides where you focus and how you engage
- Executive briefings, strategic reviews and annual member workshops – bringing benchmarking insights, performance trends and leading practice to life for senior stakeholders
- Ongoing member engagement – regular sessions that maintain momentum, respond to emerging priorities and keep members close to the value they’re getting
- Member retention and growth – proactively identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships, expand participation and contribute to Health Roundtable’s pipeline
- Cross-functional coordination – working with Program Directors, Analysts and Data Scientists so members get one integrated, seamless experience rather than a patchwork of touchpoints
- Masterclasses and knowledge-sharing forums – designing and delivering sessions that address emerging healthcare challenges and leading practice across the membership network
- Thought leadership – representing Health Roundtable at industry events, executive forums and in the broader sector
- Significant experience working with executive and senior leadership teams in the Australian healthcare sector
- A track record of driving retention, value realisation and growth across a portfolio of complex stakeholder relationships
- Executive-level experience in public health, epidemiology, healthcare performance improvement or health service management
- Confidence facilitating strategic conversations with clinical, operational and executive stakeholders, and translating data and benchmarking into decisions
- Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes across diverse organisations
- Experience developing and executing strategic account, engagement or stakeholder management plans
- High commercial acumen, with the ability to operate autonomously while collaborating across a multidisciplinary team
- Tertiary qualification in Health, Business, Management, Health Administration or a related field
- Strong understanding of the Australian healthcare system, including public and private hospitals
- Experience presenting or facilitating at executive forums, conferences or industry events
Successful candidates may require satisfactory completion of a general background check, reference check and/or criminal history or police check performed by us.
