3 Black Bears isn't a franchise machine — it's a small, growing group of takeaway pizza stores, and Upper Mt Gravatt is one of four. We're looking for a Store Manager to lead this site day to day.
What the job actually looks like
This is full-time and hands-on. You're responsible for making the store work and hitting targets — rostering, ordering, wastage, day-to-day performance — and for building a strong team around you. We've got the systems and processes already in place, so you're not starting from scratch or reinventing how things run. It's a demanding role, but we structure rosters and expectations so it doesn't swallow your week — there's real flexibility built in, not just talked about.

Pay: $52,880.00 – $80,000.00 per year
