Cohort Coffee Roasters is looking for friendly and reliable Wait Staff / Front of House team members to join our café in Bondi Junction. If you love great coffee, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Duties include:
- Providing excellent customer service and taking orders
- Serving food and drinks
- Clearing and cleaning tables
- POS and payment handling
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming FOH space
- Supporting the team during busy periods
You must:
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Be comfortable working in a fast‑paced café
- Be available on weekends
- Be flexible to work a rotating roster
Hospitality experience is preferred.
