We're excited to welcome a Clinical Nurse to our Rehabilitation Community Care Unit (CCU).
As a highly functioning multidisciplinary team member, the Clinical Nurse Rehabilitation Services CCU deliver high level discipline specific clinical services and leadership to stakeholders/customers of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service and Queensland Health.
The Community Care Unit is a 35 bed community based service for adult consumers aged 18 - 65 years who have a severe and persistent mental illness. These symptoms substantially impair their psychosocial function and the capacity for independent living. The CCU is a level 5 non-acute facility as outlined in the Clinical Services Capability framework (CSCF).

Key Responsibilities include:
Practice in accordance with code of ethics, professional standards and legislation affecting nursing practice by maintaining current knowledge and competence within scope of position.
Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service Values.
Actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, work health and safety and ethical behaviour.
Follow defined service quality standards, work health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces and manage all information in accordance with legislation, standards, policies, and procedures.
Remuneration value up to $101 654 p.a, comprising salary rates $57.48 - $61.55 p.h., (part time, 56 hrs p.f.), employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (NRG6(1)).
