Lacoste is entering an exciting new chapter in Australia, and we're looking for a passionate, retail-driven Store Manager to join our team at our brand new Moorabbin Pop-Up store!

What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations to achieve sales, KPIs, visual merchandising standards, stock levels, shrinkage and wage control
- Lead by example to inspire your team and drive high-performance across all areas of the store
- Monitor performance metrics and take action to meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals
- Manage rosters and wage spend in line with business targets and GRIA compliance
- Coach and develop team members through succession planning and ongoing training
- Champion a positive store culture and maintain high levels of team morale
- Execute brand standards and visual merchandising excellence throughout the store
- Bring the Lacoste brand vision to life through exceptional service and operational excellence
Who You Are
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment
- A results-driven leader with a strong "Make It Happen" attitude
- Passionate about coaching, developing and motivating high-performing teams
- Experienced in driving sales performance and achieving KPI targets
- Customer-obsessed, with a commitment to delivering best-in-class experiences
- A strategic thinker who can identify opportunities to drive growth and improve performance
- Confident managing operational responsibilities including rostering, visual merchandising and team development
- A collaborative team player who leads with energy, positivity and accountability
