Compton Road Vet in Runcorn is hiring a full-time Veterinary Receptionist.
This role is about much more than answering phones. You'll be the first face clients see when they're worried about their pet and the calm, steady presence that helps the whole day run smoothly.
Day to day, you'll welcome clients and their animals, manage appointments and payments, handle calls and admin, and support our vet and nursing team behind the scenes.
You're probably a great fit if you're:
- Warm and confident with people
- Calm and organised in a busy environment
- Clear and professional on the phone
- Comfortable with computers and admin
- Genuinely kind; with clients, pets, and teammates
Veterinary reception experience is a bonus, but we'd also love to hear from people with a background in customer service, healthcare reception, or administration.
This is a full-time position at Compton Road Vet, Runcorn, part of the MustCare Vet Centres family.
