HT Caravans is Western Australia's authorised Hilltop Caravans dealer. Due to continued growth, we're looking for a reliable and motivated Workshop Technician to join our team.
This role involves the safe movement, setup, servicing, and upgrading of caravans in our workshop, yard and at caravan shows.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Safe movement and positioning of caravans around the yard and workshop
- Caravan setup and pre-delivery preparation
- General servicing, repairs and maintenance
- Installation of accessories and customer upgrades
- Assisting with caravan show setup and pack-down when required
Experience Required
Applicants should be competent in:
- Wheel alignments
- Servicing Cruisemaster and AL-KO suspension systems
- 1,000 km, annual and major caravan servicing
- Bearing inspection and repacking
- Installing diesel heaters
- Installing roof-mounted solar panels
- Installing anti-flap kits
- Installing windskirts and measure/installing annex's
- General caravan repairs, fault finding and accessory installation
Experience with 12V electrical systems, plumbing, gas appliances or caravan manufacturing will be highly regarded.

You will:
- Take pride in producing high-quality work
- Be able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Have good problem-solving skills
- Be physically fit and capable of manual work
- Hold a current Australian driver's licence
- Have a strong focus on safety and attention to detail
Employment Options
We are flexible and will tailor the role to the right applicant.
- Casual position (approximately 20 hours per week), or
- Full-time position (38 hours per week)
Remuneration
Pay will be negotiated based on experience, qualifications and skills.
