Electrician / Technician – QLD Service Team (Gold Coast)
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Electrician / Technician to join our QLD Service Team based on the Gold Coast. This is a hands-on field service role where you'll service, repair and maintain Zip Water systems while delivering exceptional customer service across the region.

About the role:
As an Electrician / Technician, you'll work independently across customer sites, carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance on Zip Water systems. You'll manage your own schedule, diagnose faults, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
What you'll be doing:
- Servicing, repairing and maintaining Zip Water systems.
- Diagnosing faults and resolving technical issues.
- Delivering outstanding customer service at every visit.
- Managing your daily schedule and field workload.
- Maintaining accurate service records and job notes.
- Ensuring your service vehicle is stocked and ready for daily operations.
- Following all safety and compliance requirements.
What we're looking for:
- Experience as an Electrician / Technician in a field service or maintenance role.
- Current Restricted Electrical Licence (essential).
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Australian Citizen and eligible to obtain Security Clearance.
