Paradise Kids Club OSHC is looking for a confident, reliable and fun-loving Responsible Person to help lead our amazing team and create memorable experiences for children before and after school.
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced educator ready to step into a leadership role while still enjoying all the fun, creativity and excitement that comes with OSHC!
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting exciting activities, games and experiences for children.
Leading the service when required and helping sessions run smoothly.
Ensuring children are safe, happy and engaged.
Supporting and mentoring fellow educators.
Maintaining ratios, supervision and compliance requirements.
Responding to incidents and emergencies when needed.
Building positive relationships with children, families and the school community.
What We're Looking For
✔ Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services, School Age Education and Care, or equivalent.
✔ Current Blue Card.
✔ Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
✔ Government Mandatory Child Protection Training via Geccko.
✔ Experience working within an OSHC or education and care environment.
✔ A positive attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example.
