At Wellness Embodied, our vision is to make Far North Queensland the healthiest region in Australia. Since 2017, we've grown into a vibrant team of over 20 clinicians and admin professionals, providing Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Osteopathy, Massage and Recovery services across two Cairns clinics.
About the role
As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment people walk through our doors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing warm, professional customer service in person, via phone and email.
- Managing appointments, bookings and client enquiries.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our clinics.
- Assisting clients using our mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy service (full training provided).
- Working across both of our Cairns locations to ensure a consistent and seamless client experience.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting clinic systems and processes.
You’d be a great fit if you are:

- Quick to learn new systems (experience with Nookal is a bonus).
