About the Role
Strait Link is looking for an experienced Strategic Account Delivery Manager to lead strategic customer initiatives, drive continuous improvement and deliver strong customer and commercial outcomes.
Reporting to the GM Logistics, you will lead cross-functional projects, oversee strategic account operational teams and manage our Customer Service function, including claims and pallet management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategic customer initiatives that support retention, growth and satisfaction
- Manage cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead and develop customer-facing teams
- Build strong relationships with strategic customers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor customer, operational and financial performance against KPIs
- Identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency and commercial outcomes
- Support strategic account tenders and customer business reviews
About you
You will have demonstrated experience in:
- Leading customer-facing teams and strategic customer relationships
- Project management, business improvement or transformation
- Stakeholder engagement and delivering measurable outcomes
- Data analysis, commercial decision-making and continuous improvement
- Experience in transport, logistics or supply chain is highly regarded but not essential.
- A relevant Bachelor's degree and unrestricted Australian driver's licence are required.
- Lean, Six Sigma or project management qualifications are desirable.
- This role requires intrastate and interstate travel.
