Position Title: Senior Sales Leader (Permanent Full-time) 36-38 hours per week

RESPONSIBLE FOR :
- Lead, coach and develop the team.
- Manage daily operations and rostering.
- Drive sales and achieve KPIs.
- Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards.
- Manage stock control and inventory.
- Open and close the store, including cash reconciliation.
- Prepare daily reporting and liaise with Head Office.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail, hospitality, travel, tourism, beauty, or service-oriented environments.
- Experience in fashion or luxury retail is considered a strong asset.
- Background in one or more of the following industries: Fashion or luxury retail, hospitality, airlines, cruise ships, hotels and resorts, beauty and customer service
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building rapport with clientele.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Interest in fashion and representing a global brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
