About the Opportunity
The Customer Experience (CX) team, based in Melbourne CBD, is actively seeking a night shift Customer Experience Consultant. The first 1-2 months involve day shifts for training purposes. Reporting to the Night Shift Team Leader, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing client interactions via phone, live chat, and email.
- Establishing new salary packaging accounts.
- Administering ongoing amendments to salary packaging arrangements.
- Participating in quality assurance projects.
About You
- Key skills, experience, and qualifications:
- Previous experience in the salary packaging industry is highly regarded but not essential.
- Prior contact centre experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrated motivation and passion for delivering customer service excellence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills..
- Effective time management abilities.
- Experience in fast-paced customer service environments is valued.
