Reporting to the Manager – Facilities & Maintenance, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our properties are safe, compliant, and running at their best. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll take ownership of facilities coordination, contractor performance, and maintenance delivery across a diverse portfolio. You will be working mostly in our Brisbane CBD with occasional work in our Eight Mile Plains office location.
Managing approximately 100 properties as part of a collaborative team of two Facilities Coordinators, you'll be the person who keeps things moving. From coordinating reactive maintenance requests and raising work orders, to overseeing contractors, managing property improvements, and supporting residents and internal stakeholders, no two days are the same.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and confidently engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, operational leaders, contractors, and customers. You'll be highly organised, professional in your approach, and able to balance competing priorities while delivering exceptional service outcomes.
About Your New Role
As Facilities Coordinator, you will:
· Coordinate facilities, maintenance, and WHS activities across residential and commercial properties
· Manage contractors and oversee works to meet service levels, budgets, and compliance standards
· Conduct property inspections and proactively address maintenance, safety, and presentation issues
· Respond to incidents and drive timely, effective resolutions
· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including fire, electrical, and safety regulations
· Build strong stakeholder relationships while supporting reporting, systems, and continuous improvement

The Essentials
- Facilities Management qualification or equivalent industry experience.
- Current Open Manual Driver's Licence.
