Join our brand-new pop-up kiosk in Melbourne Central! We are launching a premium space featuring K-beauty skincare, perfumes, beauty devices, and lifestyle products. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our grand opening team. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and positions will close once filled.
Open Positions
1. Store Manager (1 Position / Full-Time)
- Requirements: Minimum 5 years of retail management experience (Required).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and public holidays.
- Key Skills: Strong leadership, inventory control, and sales management.
2. Experienced Sales Assistant (1–2 Positions / Part-Time)
- Requirements: Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience (Required).
- Preferences: Experience in the perfume or beauty industry is highly preferred.
- Key Skills: Excellent customer service and ability to learn product details quickly.
3. Junior Sales Assistant (1–2 Positions / Part-Time)
- Requirements: No experience required (Full training will be provided).
- Preferences: Passion for K-brands and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Key Skills: Eagerness to learn and strong communication skills.
Employment Terms & Schedule
- Store Hours: Aligned with Melbourne Central Shopping Centre operating hours.
- Part-Time Flexibility: Working hours can be negotiated prior to signing the employment contract.
- Weekend Availability: Candidates who can work weekends and public holidays will be highly prioritized and allocated maximum roster hours.
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
- Performance Incentives: Bonus payments awarded when the store exceeds its sales targets.
- Paid Orientation: Mandatory pre-opening training (6~8 hours) for product and store onboarding will be fully paid.
Grand Opening Schedule
- Target Launch Date: 8th of October
- Pre-Opening Training: 3 to 4 days prior to the opening date.
