We are looking for enthusiatic and reliable 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th year Joiner apprentice to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of custom cabinets, vanities, and other wood-based furniture components
- Operate a variety of woodworking tools and machinery to shape, join, and finish wood products
- Read and interpret job plans and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient work
- Collaborate with the team to problem-solve and implement solutions to ensure project success
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all safety protocols
- Engage in continuous learning to develop your skills and knowledge in cabinet making
What We're Looking For
- A passion for woodworking and a keen eye for detail
- Strong manual dexterity and the ability to use hand and power tools
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to learn and a commitment to completing your apprenticeship
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Relevant experience in the cabinet making industry (preferred)
The successful applicant will be willing to learn this trade and hard working. A car and license are preferred to get to work. Apprentices will be indentured after successfully completing probationary period.
