About the role
Our Hydrogen Peroxide production team, composed of 20 people, is integrated in the Operations department and focuses on producing hydrogen (H2) and hydrogen peroxide (HP) in collaboration with the Maintenance, Purchasing, Logistics and Commercial teams.
As a process engineer, you will get the opportunity to contribute to the safe operation of the plant and implementation of continuous improvement projects. You will provide operational support to the Production Unit Manager in various fields and work on ensuring the plant and process performances meet targets. You will be accountable for:

Contributing to the day to day operations of the site’s hydrogen and hydrogen peroxide plant

Supporting the production team in troubleshooting

Providing continuous improvement and innovation

Conducting analysis and process optimizations by using digital tools like advanced analytic and machine learning

Participating in the implementation and follow up of site and global improvement projects

About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry or similar qualification.

About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is $101,500 to $143,500 (AUD), your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
