About the Role
You will provide migration advice and manage visa applications while working alongside our education consultancy team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting professional migration consultations
* Managing visa applications from start to finish
* Advising clients on suitable visa pathways
* Preparing and lodging applications
* Maintaining compliance with OMARA requirements
* Working closely with our student counselling team
* Building long-term relationships with clients
Visa Experience (Preferred)
Experience with one or more of the following:
* Student Visas (Subclass 500)
* Graduate Visas (485)
* Employer Sponsored Visas
* Skilled Migration (189, 190, 491)
* Partner Visas
* Visitor Visas
* AAT/ART matters
* Compliance and complex cases

Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Registered with OMARA/MARA
* Professional, ethical and client-focused
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Confident handling visa consultations and applications independently
* Able to work collaboratively with our education team
Pay: $52,880.00 – $164,714.19 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Melbourne VIC
