You’re open to a change of direction and a new challenge.
Work in an organisation based on purpose, structure and process. You know that to make a meaningful contribution to our community and economy, there needs to be diligence in our operations.
In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering operational contract risk management, performance insight, and continuous improvement across road maintenance and resilience contracts.
This role will see you support the effective management of contractor risks, analyse data to inform decision-making, support contract managers and contribute to consistent enterprise risk practices across the Division—while building your capability in stakeholder engagement, risk identification, and public sector contract management.
You will lead and support the identification of efficiencies, risk mitigation strategies, and improved service outcomes in a complex, high-volume operational environment with competing priorities and tight timeframes.

About you
Your analytical, stakeholder engagement, and risk management skills formed across infrastructure, government, consulting, or other high-risk operational environments will see you excel in analysing contractor performance metrics and data, undertaking contract management assurance activities, and delivering high-quality risk insights to inform decision-making, bringing structured risk processes and data-driven recommendations to lead to improved contract performance, reduced risk exposure, and enhanced operational outcomes.
You’re recognised as a strong critical thinker and influencer, skilled at interpreting complex risk information and communicating insights clearly to diverse audiences, experienced in risk analysis, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and facilitating risk assessments or workshops.
