Lot61 Manly is looking for a hands-on GM Head Barista.
You will:
Lead and inspire
Craft excellent coffee
Deliver fast, friendly, consistent customer experiences
Keep the shop clean, organised, and welcoming
You are:
2 years in specialty coffee
Confident with latte art and workflow
Calm under pressure and team-focused
Motivated to grow in hospitality leadership
