POSITION: HEAD BARISTA
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare consistently excellent coffee and smoothie beverages
- Operate, calibrate, clean and maintain commercial espresso machines and grinders
- Manage workflow during busy service periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station
- Ensure quality control and presentation standards are met
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required
- Support the wider café team in day-to-day operations
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Barista
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and milk texturing
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Available to work weekdays and some weekends
- Applicants must have the right to work in Australia
POSITION: FOH ALLROUNDER
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and serving customers with a friendly attitude
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Running food and drinks to tables
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the cafe
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures
- Restocking supplies and supporting the kitchen team when required
About You
- Positive, energetic, and customer-focused
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently during busy periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous cafe, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Barista experience is an advantage but not essential
- Applicants must have the right to work in Australia
Pay: From $33.80 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 38.0 per week
Work Location: In person
