We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Contract Administrator to join our busy South Windsor team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or a final-year student capable of working full-time while finishing their studies after hours. The Role & Duties
Working closely with our experienced project team, you will manage the operational and financial foundations of our construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project & Trade Coordination: Scheduling jobs, booking trades, ordering parts/materials, and organizing couriers to keep domestic and international projects moving smoothly.
- Client & Subcontractor Relations: Acting as a professional primary point of contact by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and liaising with clients and subcontractors.
- Financial Administration: Managing project finances by processing supplier and subcontractor payments, and preparing accurate invoices for clients.
- Operational Support: Troubleshooting daily scheduling or logistics bottlenecks, maintaining accurate contact lists, and providing general administrative support to the project team.
Requirements
- Education: Recently completed or currently finishing a degree/diploma at University or TAFE (Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline is a bonus). Minimum Year 12 completion required.
- Experience: Prior industry experience (onsite or office) is not required, but it is highly valued—our starting salary packages are scaled to reward candidates with relevant experience or internships.
- Tech Skills: High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Communication: Well-presented with excellent interpersonal skills and strong professional English communication.
- Logistics: Valid Australian driver’s licence and own reliable transport (required for commuting to our South Windsor office).
- Work Authorisation: Full working rights in Australia.
