Summary
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

- Stay up-to-date and follow all Quality System procedures related to this job, which can affect the quality of products or services provided to our customers.
- Pick, pack and ship items from the locations as per shipping procedures. This may include new orders, repairs, and spare parts.
- Receipt all goods using the system.
- Perform daily cycle count.
- Verify all items on the pick match the correct quantity required and all serial and lot numbers match the order.
- Pack orders into boxes and add appropriate material to prevent damage to product.
- Transact orders on Oracle EBS.
- Transact orders using UPS, DHL, TNT, FedEx, and DPD online booking form.
- Record all received repairs, date recorded to outside of box and left in the repair in area.
- Dispose expired stocks and return defective spare parts monthly.
- Provide shipping/warehouse support across all functions by cross training on key processes.
- Always ensure general good housekeeping including pallet disposal.
- Collaborate with the Management team and suggest efficient warehouse layout, when required. Attend meetings via Teams (for training) or face-to-face, as and when there is a requirement.
- Oversee warehouse equipment and ensure it’s used properly.
- Forklift management
- Temperature control stock management
- Answer email inquiries from employees and freight Companies in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all health and safety requirements in relation to movement of stock, chemicals etc. and participate in any training provided.
- Performing any other reasonable duty as may be required from time to time to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of one years’ experience in a similar position, ideally gained in a multinational or internationally focused company.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Good computer skills/Oracle would be advantageous.
- Ability to be flexible and work as part of a team.
- Good communications skills.
- Strong IT skills including MS Excel & ERP experience.

Pay: $63,000.00 – $67,000.00 per year
