We’re looking for a Space Leader to join our thriving Chermside location, with an immediate start.
This isn’t your typical office role! With a unique blend of community building, sales, administration and space presentation, you’ll play a key role in creating a vibrant member experience and ensuring the space runs smoothly.
If you’re coming from a leadership role in hospitality or retail, this is a great opportunity to take your skills into an office environment with no weekends or late nights. With full training provided, we’ll support you to grow and develop within the WOTSO environment.
Key Responsibilities
Community & Member Experience

Be the friendly face of the space - welcoming members and visitors and creating a strong first impression
- Act as the go-to person for members, providing support across in-person, phone and email enquiries
- Build genuine relationships with members and foster a strong sense of community
- Deliver a consistent and engaging onboarding experience for new members
- Plan and host community events, including weekly socials and monthly breakfasts
- Create and share communications that keep members informed and connected
Sales & Space Operations

Manage the day-to-day operations of the coworking space alongside the Regional Manager
- Respond to enquiries, run space tours and convert leads into memberships
- Maintain high presentation standards across the space at all times
- Support local marketing initiatives (including social media and community outreach)
- Assist with general administration and operational tasks
- Take a hands-on approach - no job is too small
About You

Experience in retail or hospitality management, or similar customer-facing leadership roles
- Confident communicator with a warm, professional and approachable style
- Highly organised and comfortable juggling a variety of tasks
- Energetic and happy being on your feet throughout the day
- Passionate about building community and creating positive experiences
- Aligned with WOTSO’s values of community, flexibility and sustainability
