Kitchen Hand
Ming Dining is seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our kitchen team in Melbourne CBD.
Key responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, kitchen equipment, cutlery and glassware
- Keep kitchen areas clean and organised
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation
- Prepare vegetables and ingredients
- Support chefs during busy service periods
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and rubbish removal
Requirements:
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Able to follow instructions
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred
- Experience in Chinese or Asian restaurants is an advantage
- Must have Australian working rights
