In this highly visible role, you will turn complex Technology procurement data into clear commercial insights, influence senior leaders and build trusted partnerships that enable confident, value focused decision making across Coles, your key responsibilities will include:

Build trusted relationships with Technology GMs, Finance leaders and senior stakeholders, combining strong commercial credibility with a collaborative approach.

Translate complex spend, supplier and performance data into clear insights and compelling stories that support senior decision making.

Prepare and present clear, decision ready recommendations to executive leadership and governance forums.

Partner with Technology and Finance leaders to identify and progress commercial opportunities that deliver sustainable value.

Analyse suppliers, contracts, purchasing activity, rate cards and consumption data to identify opportunities and risks.

Lead Technology procurement activity, applying strong commercial judgement and sourcing expertise aligned to business priorities.
Manage a broad portfolio of initiatives, adapting quickly while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.

You are a commercially minded procurement professional who is confident working with data, shaping executive narratives and building strong relationships with senior leaders. You will also bring:

Relevant tertiary qualification, ideally in commerce or supply chain management, with strong commercial capability in Technology procurement or complex Technology spend environments.

Strong stakeholder influencing skills with experience engaging C-suit level stakeholders.

Demonstrated experience in Digital Technologies or Technology/Consulting

Advanced analytical capability to turn complex data into clear actions and outcomes.

Strong presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences.

Strong commercial judgement across sourcing, negotiations and supplier management.

An adaptable mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and bring stakeholders on the journey.
