The Role
We are seeking enthusiastic tutors to work with students from Years 1–12, including ATAR subjects for Years 11–12 across Maths, English, Science, and HASS. Once assigned, tutors work with the same students on consistent, fixed weekly hours.
Tutoring is in‑person only, with sessions taking place across the corridor from Ellenbrook down to Mandurah.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging tutoring sessions using provided resources and your own subject knowledge
- Create goal‑aligned learning plans with students and parents
- Provide progress updates and maintain clear communication with families
- Attend monthly check‑ins with the company director for support and workload review
- Maintain a warm, encouraging environment that supports student wellbeing and confidence

About You
We’re looking for tutors who are passionate about education and genuinely invested in student wellbeing. You should have:
- Relevant qualifications or be working toward a teaching degree
- Strong academic background in your subject areas (ATAR subjects highly valued)
- A valid Working With Children Check
- A recent Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
- Clear communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- An interest in a teaching career pathway or ongoing work with young people
Pay & Conditions
- $40–$50 per hour, with higher rates for ATAR‑level subjects
- Casual employment with fixed weekly hours once students are assigned
- Start date: within 2–3 weeks, depending on student availability
