In a company as big as ours, there’s always room to learn, grow and move. You’ll find team members in over 1,800 retail stores who are just as passionate as you about serving our local communities and bringing customer smiles. If you’re looking for a new way to make an impact and work among a different team, we’re right behind you. With the right ingredients like a supportive and fun culture, learning and training opportunities, and valuable first-hand experience, you’ll have everything you need to build your next chapter.
As a Stocktake Team Member, you’ll help ensure accurate stock counts across Coles Supermarket and Liquorland stores, supporting smooth store operations.
Starting at 5am and usually finishing before lunchtime, this role suits early risers with strong attention to detail. You’ll travel to different store locations across Sydney Western Suburbs, working with your Stocktake Supervisor to complete precise counts in assigned areas. No two days are the same, you won’t be working in just one store.
You’ll be on the move, travelling to different stores each day, with some locations harder to access via public transport, especially for early starts. You’ll also need to transport your safety step, so access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s licence is preferred.
Hours can vary depending on the stores scheduled each week, with shifts typically between 5:00am and 11:00am. This role is ideal if you’re looking for a couple of shifts a week, with up to no more then 10 hours a week. As the role includes counting liquor stock, applicants must be 18 or older.
