We're looking for an experienced RTA Compliance and Optimisation Specialist ( two year max term contract) to help shape and support the way we manage rostering, time and attendance across Urban Utilities. Reporting to the Rostering and Time Administration Lead, you'll be the subject matter expert for rostering compliance, workforce management processes and the configuration of our time and attendance systems. This role sits within our People and Capability team and works closely with Operations, Payroll, Employee Relations and Technology teams across the business.
Success in this role comes from balancing compliance, operational effectiveness and continuous improvement. You'll ensure our rostering practices align with enterprise agreements, awards and organisational requirements, while helping to improve workforce planning, data integrity and user experience across our systems and processes.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in establishing contemporary rostering and time administration practices that support our people, strengthen compliance and enable the reliable delivery of essential services to our communities.
Partner with Operations, Payroll, Employee Relations and Technology teams to resolve issues, improve processes and maintain data integrity across workforce systems.
Relevant qualification in Business, Human Resources, Workforce Management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience in workforce management, rostering, time and attendance or HR operations, including the application of enterprise agreements, awards and compliance requirements.
