Your Mission
As a Application Analyst, you'll help build, optimise and support the business systems that keep BOUNCE moving.
Reporting to our Senior Systems Analyst, you'll be the technical expert behind the configuration, optimisation and ongoing support of Dayforce, our enterprise people platform, while also contributing to the wider ecosystem of operational business applications across BOUNCE.
Whether you're configuring workflows, troubleshooting complex issues, testing new functionality or supporting major system projects, your work will help create better experiences for our teams and enable the business to scale with confidence.

What You'll Be Doing
Dayforce Configuration & Support
- Configure and maintain Dayforce to support changing business needs
- Build and optimise workflows, business rules, security profiles and system configuration
- Provide application support and user administration across the platform
- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify practical, sustainable solutions
- Ensure system integrity, performance and reliability across all modules
Systems Improvement & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and user experience
- Support the implementation of new functionality, modules and enhancements
- Assist with system upgrades, releases and testing activities
- Maintain technical documentation and configuration standards
Business Systems Support
- Support the broader suite of operational business applications across BOUNCE
- Monitor integrations and automated system processes
- Assist with data management, migrations and system optimisation initiatives
- Help ensure business systems remain reliable, secure and fit for purpose
Project Delivery
- Contribute to technology projects that improve business operations
- Support the rollout of new systems and functionality across the network
- Participate in testing, validation and deployment activities
- Assist with user training and system adoption
- Continuously look for better ways to improve systems and processes

Technical & Professional Competencies (the "what you know & can do")
- Proven experience working with enterprise HCM platforms, including configuration, optimisation and support across Payroll, Workforce Management and other core modules. Experience with Dayforce is ideal but not essential.
- Experience supporting enterprise business applications and system administration
- Strong understanding of workflows, business rules and system configuration
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and identifying root causes
- Experience supporting system integrations and data flows
- Strong testing and quality assurance capability
- Experience documenting technical processes and system changes
- Exposure to enterprise technology projects, system implementations or upgrades highly regarded
