The role:
A great opportunity to step into a Laboratory Supervisor role based in Townsville, QLD. Working as the 2IC to the Laboratory Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, including coordinating testing workflows, reporting results, allocating work to technicians, developing staff across both laboratory and field activities, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and building and maintaining strong client relationships.
You’ll work closely with the Laboratory Manager to support the team, manage priorities and ensure testing requirements, client expectations and project deadlines are consistently met.

Things we are looking for…
- Nuclear Density Gauge Licence
- Extensive experience in soil & concrete testing within Australia
- Quality, Safety and People Management Experience
