About Futuro
At Futuro, our purpose is to shape brighter futures by creating places of belonging, care and learning, and our vision is to be the most trusted and human-centred provider of education. We’re a values-led organisation — those values guide how every leader and educator acts, especially in the moments senior leadership isn’t in the room:
- Connection before correction — we lead relationships first, with children, families and each other
- We do the right thing, even when it’s hard — integrity over convenience
- We never stop learning — or helping others to — growth is shared, not hoarded
- We adapt with optimism — we meet change with confidence rather than fear
We’re a connected network of centres across South West Sydney that genuinely invests in its educators, with real pathways to develop and progress.

What does ‘active supervision’ look like in practice during a busy transition?
At Futuro, child safety is our highest priority. We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child feels protected and respected. This commitment is embedded in everything we do — from rigorous recruitment and screening processes to ongoing child protection training, and the design of our centres to maximise supervision and safety. All team members are mandatory reporters and are expected to uphold our zero-tolerance approach to child abuse, with clear expectations around professional boundaries and safeguarding practices.
