Industrie Clothing was founded in 1999, and is now an institution in Australian men’s clothing. We focus on producing modern, practical and instinctively masculine clothing for every man.
We pride ourselves on sourcing the best fabric and trims from around the world and creating garments you can easily piece together for complete looks. With over 120 stores throughout Australia including concession locations and wholesale, there is bound to be a location near you!
What are we looking for?
This role isn't your typical Reception role - You are the face, voice and first point of contact for the Industrie brand. We are looking for an energetic, organised and entrepreneurial Receptionist to join our fast-paced team!
Your Key Functions Will Include:
- Be the first point of contact for customers and visitors through phone calls, emails and face to face interactions
- Maintain the General Office environment
- Coordinate all office and retail store supplies and equipment
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
- Organise travel accommodation for upper management
- Support the online and customer service team with any customer inquiries
- Provide general administration support to upper management and the wider office
- End of month reporting
- Support the HR team with People and Culture initiatives
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience as a Receptionist, EA/PA or other administrative role is desirable
- You have experience in Retail
- You love to work at a fast pace and are able to multi-task
- You have a professional phone manner
- Are self motivated, proactive and goal focused
- Have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Are highly organised and perform well under pressure
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
