The Catering Project Group is looking for a dynamic experienced Kitchen Hand who thrives in a busy kitchen and variety of duties. Close to public transport. Operating 7 days a week serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to our residents.
NO late nights.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Dishwashing, cleaning tools, equipment and the facility,
- taking ownership of cleanliness standards, achieving high scores,
- removing kitchen waste and correctly handling organic waste,
- maintaining cold storage areas & dry store,
- organisign and checking deliveries,
- supporting chefs in basic food preparation duties and stocking the kitchen.
Required

- high cleanliness standards
- availability to work 7-day rotating roster
- (most volume business occurs on weekday)
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $32.18 – $47.39 per hour
