This is an exciting opportunity to join the Interviewer and Respondent Support Team at Roy Morgan, one of Australia's most respected and longest-established market and social research organisations.
As part of our team, you will provide telephone support to our field interviewers conducting face-to-face interviews across Australia. You'll play an important role in supporting high-profile government research projects that contribute to important social and public policy outcomes.
Although the role is primarily remote, you'll be fully supported by an experienced and collaborative team. Comprehensive training will equip you with everything you need to succeed.
About the role
- Provide telephone support to Field Research Officers
- Assist with respondent enquiries and issue resolution
- Accurately record information using internal systems
- Work within established procedures while delivering excellent support
What we're looking for
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- A friendly, professional attitude and a strong team focus
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident and engaging telephone manner
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
- The ability to quickly learn new systems and technology
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including at least one weekend shift
- Previous call centre or market research interviewing experience is highly regarded, but not essential
We are seeking reliable, self-motivated people who are available for casual work from July through October 2026, with opportunities for ongoing employment for high-performing team members.
Successful applicants will be required to complete a National Police Check prior to commencement.
