As Airport Administration Assistant, you’ll support the Airport Operations Management team by delivering efficient administrative coordination, maintaining systems, and supporting airport compliance processes. You will act as a key point of contact for tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring all airport-related admin is accurate, compliant, and delivered with professionalism.

Perform a wide range of admin tasks, data entry, and correspondence

Manage financial transactions and internal office procedures

Administer airport access systems (ASIC, ADA, VIC, AUA)

Update flight schedules and manage FIDS system data

Coordinate meetings, reporting, operational data, and emergency support

Liaise with tenants, contractors, and customers in person, over phone, and via email

Conduct airport inductions and support team coordination
You are a reliable, tech-savvy administrator with excellent communication skills and a strong eye for detail. You thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy collaborating as part of a small, high-performing team.

Valid QLD Manual Driver Licence (Essential)

Eligibility to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) (Essential)

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Prior experience in an administrative or office support role

Ability to work independently and across multiple stakeholders

Previous airport administration experience (Desirable)
