About the role As Chiropractic Receptionist/Coordinator, you'll be the operational heartbeat of Parade Chiropractic — keeping our chiropractors, chiro assistants, and patients supported so the clinic hums along every day. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives when it's busy and loves the fact that no two days are exactly alike.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting chiropractors and CAs to maintain seamless clinic flow
- Overseeing front desk operations, scheduling, and patient communications
- Mentoring and coordinating the CA team day-to-day
- Driving efficiency across internal systems and clinic communications
- Contributing to practice marketing, events, and patient engagement
What we're looking for
- Allied health experience is essential — previous front desk or admin work in chiropractic, physiotherapy, or a similar setting
- Strong organisational skills — able to keep a fast-paced, high-volume clinic on track
- A natural leader and communicator, confident mentoring a small team
- Energetic, positive, and solutions-focused — you thrive when it's busy
- A team player who genuinely loves people and wants to create great patient experiences
- Comfortable with variety — you don't mind (and actually enjoy) that every day looks a bit different
Role details
- Permanent full-time | approx. 38 hours per week
- $61,000 – $74,000 + superannuation (based on experience)
- Reports to the Admin & Marketing Manager
