The Celtic Club Melbourne is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Club Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vibrant members club, events venue and hospitality spaces.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone passionate about hospitality, member experience, live events and community engagement.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager and Board, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily club, bar and bistro operations
- Managing staff rostering, recruitment and training
- Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing, RSA and venue regulations
- Delivering exceptional customer and member experiences
- Coordinating functions, entertainment and special events
- Managing stock control, suppliers and venue presentation
- Driving venue growth, memberships and hospitality performance
- Working closely with stakeholders, committees and community groups
About You
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous experience managing a licensed venue, club, pub or hospitality operation
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- A current RSA certificate
- Understanding of liquor compliance requirements
- Experience with functions and events highly regarded
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required

Pay: $76,700.00 – $86,177.20 per year
