1. About the Brand
Brand Name: Miracle Maker Tutoring and Education Planning Target Audience: Parents of students aged 5–15.
Identity: Premium, Professional, and Trustworthy (Navy & Brown aesthetic). We avoid "childish" or cluttered designs.
2. Key Responsibilities (Instagram Focus) Reels-First Strategy: Develop and execute a weekly Reels plan [e.g., 2 videos per week]. Content Production: * Remote Creators: Create engaging Reels using provided raw footage, stock assets, and high-quality motion graphics. Local Creators (Bonus): On-site filming in Sydney is a plus, but not mandatory. Aesthetic Grid Management: Maintain a professional and cohesive brand look on Instagram.
Engagement: Manage professional interaction with parents via comments and DMs.
3. Website Support (Optional) Platform: Wix or WordPress. Scope: Periodic updates for Term Timetables, school holiday programs, and event announcements to ensure information is current.
4. Candidate Requirements Location: Open to 100% Remote. (Sydney-based is a plus, but talent comes first). Creative Portfolio: Proven experience in creating "high-end" short-form videos (Reels/TikTok).
Tools: Proficiency in Wix/WordPress, Canva/Adobe, and video editing software (CapCut, etc.).
Communication: Excellent written English (Warm, Professional, and Authoritative tone).
