About the Role
As a Reservations Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for guests and travel partners looking to experience Australia's most spectacular destinations. Every conversation is an opportunity to provide expert advice, inspire travel and deliver an exceptional booking experience.
You'll become an expert across our portfolio, confidently recommending accommodation and holiday experiences that suit each guest's needs. Whether you're helping a family book their annual getaway, assisting a trade partner, or creating the perfect luxury lodge itinerary, your passion for customer service and travel will shine through.
What You'll Be Doing

Deliver exceptional customer service across phone and email enquiries.

Create accurate reservations while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Inspire guests with your knowledge of Australia's destinations, accommodation and experiences.

Recommend additional accommodation, experiences and products that enhance each guest's holiday.

Build strong relationships with guests, travel agents, tour operators and internal stakeholders.

Manage high volumes of enquiries while maintaining booking accuracy and service standards.

Maintain guest and reservation information across multiple systems.

Troubleshoot reservation and trade enquiries with professionalism and care.

Collaborate with Reservations, Trade, Revenue, Distribution and Operations teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Contribute to team success by achieving key performance indicators and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
About You

Experience in reservations, hotels, tourism, travel, hospitality or a customer service environment.

Outstanding communication skills with a warm, professional phone manner.

Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

The ability to confidently handle a variety of customer enquiries with empathy and professionalism.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Confidence using multiple systems simultaneously.

Experience with reservation or property management systems (desirable).

An understanding of the travel trade distribution network (desirable).
