Premier Windscreens has been a proud local business in Nerang for over 25 years, building a strong reputation across the Gold Coast as a trusted automotive glazier. We were recently acquired by AMA Group (ASX: AMA), Australia's largest panel repair group, giving us the stability and resources of a national leader while retaining the local, community-focused service we're known for.
We're now seeking a capable and proactive Customer Service Officer to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our retail customers and trade partners.
This is a pivotal front-of-house role and a central part of how our business operates each day. You'll be the voice of Premier Windscreens and the person responsible for keeping bookings, suppliers, and our workshop aligned and running efficiently.
Key responsibilities

Manage incoming calls and walk-in enquiries, converting them into confirmed bookings

Prepare quotes and schedule windscreen repairs and replacements

Coordinate the daily workflow across a team of 5 and a busy workshop, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently and deadlines are met

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, trade partners, and retail customers, adapting your approach to suit the needs of each

Liaise between customers, mobile technicians, and the workshop to keep operations moving

Maintain accurate bookings, records, and follow-ups, anticipating issues before they arise
About you

A proactive organiser who stays ahead of the day rather than reacting to it

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right

Confident managing a busy front desk and a full workshop schedule without compromising on service

Excellent communication skills and a professional, personable manner

Computer literate and quick to learn new systems

Experience with ServiceM8 is highly regarded and would allow you to hit the ground running

Experience in the automotive or panel repair industry is also highly regarded, though full training is available for the right candidate
