Our Home and Community service is seeking Service Support Workers.
This is a vital role within our community services and is an excellent starting position for a career in Aged Care or Community Services. We are looking for motivated people to provide invaluable domestic assistance to our clients around their homes with general household cleaning, laundry, cooking and social support.
About you:
- Ensure cleaning and other service standards outlined by Anglicare are met
- Ensure duties are completed within the expected timeframe
- Use equipment as instructed to minimise risk of injury, and follow all manual handling and safe driving practices, in accordance with procedures and training
- A Certificate II or III in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations) will be highly regarded but not required
- The physical demands of this role may include standing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, reaching etc.
Requirements:
- Current Driver Licence and your own reliable vehicle
- A current National Police Certificate OR NDIS Clearance
