We are seeking an experienced Receptionist / Administration Support person for our Main Production Laboratory in Nailsworth, just outside of Adelaide CBD. The ideal candidate should possess excellent time management skills, a flexible and proactive attitude, and exceptional communication abilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for answering / sorting / prioritising phone calls and emails.
- Managing Bookings for incoming and outgoing Lab work
- Assist with (as part of the management team) observing and maintaining the forward schedule of Lab work
- Managing dispatch of incoming and outgoing Lab work
- Payment processing via EFTpos terminal
- Maintaining office stock levels
- Keeping the office area tidy and presentable
The Successful applicant will:
- Be able to multitask and prioritise actions
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have highly developed time management and organisational skills
- Be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues and the Management Team.
- Be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Have the ability to learn Toothworx in-Lab Case Management Software.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am – 17:00pm
- 40 Hour Week
The position is available for immediate start.
