Female Support Worker – Ongoing NDIS Support
Location: Dandenong, VIC
Employment Type: Casual – Ongoing
Pay Rate: $38–$45 per hour
AusCare Partners Australia is looking for a reliable and caring female Support Worker to provide ongoing support to an NDIS participant living with her parents in Dandenong.
Available Shifts
- Monday–Friday: 7:00am–9:00am
- Monday–Friday: 3:00pm–6:00pm
There is potential for regular ongoing hours for the right worker.
Duties Include
- Personal care and daily living support
- Light household tasks and tidying
- Meal preparation
- Supporting the participant in maintaining a safe and comfortable home
- Building a respectful and consistent long-term relationship with the participant and family
The participant is non-verbal, so patience, reliability, respectful communication and a caring approach are essential.
Requirements
- Previous experience in NDIS, disability or personal care support
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability or Aged Care (or relevant qualification)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Valid Australian driver's licence
- Reliable and insured vehicle
- Full Australian working rights
- Availability to commit to regular weekday shifts
Female applicants preferred/required for this particular support arrangement due to the personal-care requirements and participant preference.
