What You’ll Do?
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals
- Support mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report changes in resident wellbeing
- Support social activities and engagement programs
- Maintain hygiene and infection control standards
- Work closely with nurses and care teams
- Document resident care and observations
- Support dementia and palliative care residents when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care (preferred/required)
- Experience in aged care or healthcare support
- Compassionate and resident-focused attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to assist with physical care tasks
- Understanding of dementia care and infection control
- Police clearance and vaccinations may be required
