You will report to, and be supported by, the Media Implementation Group Account Director, and will have a team of Account Managers, Execs and Assistants under you.
You will work collaboratively with your Business Management counterpart to bring to life innovative and creative campaigns as well as an expectation to work with specialist agency capabilities that might be deployed across your campaigns.
Role description
As a Media Implementation Account Director at OMD, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of market-leading media campaigns, working closely with clients, media owners, technology partners and specialists across strategy, investment, data and analytics to deliver meaningful business outcomes. You will oversee campaign execution, operational excellence and best-in-class process management, while leading and developing a high-performing team to ensure exceptional quality, collaboration and accountability. Partnering with senior stakeholders across OMD and the broader Group, you will help evolve our implementation product, ensuring it continues to deliver value in a rapidly changing media landscape. Success in this role requires a combination of leadership, commercial acumen, a passion for innovation, making it an exciting opportunity to influence major brands, develop future talent and create real impact through the power of modern media creativity.

Your expertise:
- Proven omni channel experience in a similar role across TV, radio, OOH (and digital would be a bonus)
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a small team
- Exceptional client management skills and experience in a client facing role
- Proven ability to deliver analysis and insights in a fast-paced environment
