Plus Fitness 24/7 St Peters is currently seeking Member Consultants to help grow our clubs. This excellent opportunity is now available for an enthusiastic, motivated and driven professional to join our team.
The purpose of your role as our Member Consultant will be to ensure member experience is 5 Star. You will be working closely with the Manager to develop and grow the Clubs member-base and revenue within the business.
Duties include:
- New membership sales.
- Sales calls and constant member contact via sales systems
- Achieving monthly KPIs.
- Proactively seeking new membership opportunities.
- Promoting the Plus Fitness brand and image within the community.
- Help create a great club culture with a strong focus on member retention through quality customer service.
- Cleaning gym are along with toilets, mopping and vacuuming.
- Creating Social Media Videos
To succeed in the role you will be:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills. This includes demeanour, telephone manner, verbal communication and appropriately groomed
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience and desire to work with a wide range of clients
- General Administration skills
- Energetic, self-motivated and passionate about health and fitness.
- Must be willing to clean
- Must be willing to create videos for social media

Casual hours will include but not limited to Mon - Fri 9am - 1pm, 4pm to 8pm Saturdays - 9am to 1pm
